Hidden away in New Bern lies an Udon haven that may just be one of North Carolina's finest. We were met at the door inviting us on in, seating us immediately. Server took drink orders. Appetizer was served almost as soon as the order went in. Shortly came our salad which was fresh and delicious. Timed perfectly was our main course. Again fresh, cooked perfectly, and delicious. I couldn't eat maybe half of mine. You really get your money 's worth. I had lunch the next day and it was still good.

I placed a carryout order and have dined in a few times for lunch. Typical Japanese restaurant. Variety of sushi options. Just wished they had more vegetables that are included with dishes i.e. fried rice only comes with onions, zucchini and peas.
