We have gotten shrimp and scallops from them twice. Great customer service, seafood was fresh and you have the option to get some of your seafood already cleaned and ready to cook. Its clean inside and they also have a section where they cook there too. You can call ahead and an order your fresh seafood to be cleaned and ready for you to pick up as well.
our waitress was out of this world. friendly and funny, super helpful... as this was our first time dining there. just all around awesome. the food was second to none, we will most definitely be returning and recommending this place to our family and friends.
Attached to the String Ray Cafe only separated by a kitchen. So you can make one stop for fresh seafood, take it home raw or have it cooked. Fresh fish, picked crab, and shrimp were on display. How fortunate New Bern is to have this seafood market with reasonable prices and friendly service. Takes EBT payment.
