Horrible service how asked for fresh fries. She asked like that were fresh an still was cold . Then the chicken tenders was hard af. She was rude if you don’t like you job get one you do like. Then they look at you like they never seen a black person .

What kind of ranch chicken wrap is this? No ranch but literally A DOT!
Lee was very friendly at the cash register! Food was hot and amazing, the dining area and bathrooms were really clean! I came in at 6 pm and was the only customer here! So nice vs the chaotic mcdonlads or taco hell down in leland!

I went at lunchtime and it was pretty busy for this particular Hardee's and although both my Frisco burger and my bosses tenders were lukewarm, it still tasted pretty good... Service was great!

Cleanest, most well run Hardee's in our area, fast service and order was ready very quickly, food was excellent.

Horrible service. Ordered food to go and went I got home half the food was not in the bag. Went back and manager acted like I was lying. So I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. If this is how you treat customers I will keep my money and will not spend it here. Also there was no apology for having to return.
