“My wife and I ate here during our time house sitting for my in laws. We went on a whim and were very pleasantly surprised. It became our favorite place to eat in the area. We loved everything we had. We also liked that the food is fresh and sourced locally. The fish and grits were amazing. The grits were creamy and decadent, and the fish was fried to perfection. My wife is a crab dip connoisseur. She can be serious about it. She loved it. The oysters were fresh and tasty and the shrimp was amazing. The desert was also delicious. We liked it so much, we ordered to go the next day. The service was also great. We chatted with our server and she made recommendations. She was friendly and helpful. We also chatted with regulars, who gave recommendations and high reviews. If you have not been, I highly recommend going asap.”

“Just tried the maple bacon. It was amazing. The sage one is another fave of mine. So many unique flavors that actually work. Love this place. I love the icecream flight so you can enjoy several flavors at one time.”

“I was blown away by the burgers and milkshakes. I haven't tasted anything like that in years. I ordered something close to what I normally eat and I don't know what they do with the grill but the meat had the best taste ever and was crispy and juicy. Not thick but definitely not smash burgers. And I almost hate to say this, but the cookie butter milkshake was worth the $8. I'm sold and coming back for seconds.”

“Every time we are in Stokesdale we make every effort to have at least one meal at Bistro 150. Jennifer the owner is a wonderful and warm host to all her customers. All her meals be it breakfast , lunch or dinner are always extremely delicious. We hight recommend if you’ve not already done so you plan an outing at Bistro 150!!”

“Food, service and ambiance were all very good. Our orders were served surprisingly fast. It was typical Americanized Mexican food, but bumped up with a bit more flavor and spice. The only negative were the Margaritas. Two of us had the Cranberry special margarita and we both thought it tasted like cough syrup and cheap tequila. The house margaritas were only slightly better. Since I don't need to drink and won't be ordering Margaritas here again. I will happily eat here often.”

“Overall a good donut shop, friendly staff with a cute little interior.Had a bunch of varieties, but we went later in the morning around 11:00am. They were out of many donuts as expected at this time on a Saturday so we had very limited options.Quality was your typical donut. I wouldn’t say they were the best we’ve ever had, but decent enough. A little bit dense and dry, when typically we go for light, fluffy and moist.If we’re in the area and kids want donuts we’ll stop in, but probably won’t make the 20min drive just for this.”

“I love this location. Yesterday i ordered a turkey bowl and a large veggie. So impressed with the all the veggies, nothing was wilted, the lettuce was very clean and fresh, no brown spots. The spinach was amazing looking, and the turkey was perfect too.Sometimes when you go to a subway you may notice some things that don't look appetizing, but at this location it's perfect. Finally, the new owners are very nice, professional and makes sure this place looking fresh and clean. I will be a frequent new customer for sure.”

Orange chicken, bourbon chicken, lo mein, moo goo gai pan, egg rolls; it's all super good. Service is friendly, quick, and right on time. Food was eaten too quickly to get pictures.. always is.”

“I always get takeout at lunch from here and the food is good and the portions are great, especially for these times when most places are skimping on portion size!My favorite lunch specials are the shrimp pad thai, tofu and mixed vegetables and the vegetarian street noodles. They have different lunch specials everyday. The chicken noodle soup lunch special is also good and it is the same pho soup base they use in their pho soup.The chicken curry (dinner option) is very good and I suggest adding mixed vegetables. The fresh roll appetizer and shrimp roll appetizer are excellent! If you’re feeling adventurous, try the appetizer sampler platter - you can’t go wrong!I love getting their unsweetened ice tea as it’s made with the Thai iced tea mix and I can get the same flavor without all the sugar. The regular sweet tea is also made with this Thai iced tea base too!Parking can get crowded, especially at lunch so I always try to get there around when they first open. And there’s a reason it’s crowded - the food is consistent and reliably delicious. I appreciate that the menu items are not overly greasy or oily too.”

“Literally the best ice cream I've ever had. The first waffle cone I got was chocolate moose tracks and bourbon brown butter. It was so good I had to go back the next day and get another cone. This time it was key lime pie and mint moose tracks. Key lime pie was probably my favorite. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!”

“This is *the* place; look no further. I travel a lot, and very much enjoy scoping out local coffee shops with a story, a vibe, good energy, and above all, good coffee, when I travel. Vignette delivered! I met the two owners, who were delightful and friendly, who gave me the inspiration for why they named their coffee shop, "Vignette." I could spoil it and tell you here, but where's the fun in that? Perhaps just go ask yourselves. (Also they made a tremendous shakerato, which, IYKYK).”
