“If you enjoy fine dining Italian, Villagio offers an experience you will enjoy. Menu offers plenty of choice. Last night our table had Lasagna, Spaghetti Bolognese and Chicken Fra Diablo. They were excellent and stars of the show.”
“First time dining here and the service and food were fantastic. Lovely atmosphere in a relatively small space. Easy to hear conversation at your table and not from other tables. Appreciated the Saturday evening music. Perhaps make the entrance more appealing; I know it's a challenge in an outdoor mall setting. I went because of the reviews and personal recommendations.”
“I met my sisters-in-law here for breakfast. This was my first visit and I can truly say, I loved it! The food was great, reasonably priced, and served by a very friendly waitress.”
“Always good food; casual but courteous service- always prompt. Prices are good and you can get the spice level you want. They listen to allergy needs too.Dietary restrictions: Shellfish allergy”
“Found this gem when trying to figure out what to eat after Christmas shopping. At first you would think you were going the wrong way because it's kinda in a neighborhood. But when you get there it's a treat. Food was delicious and staff were super friendly! Best pizza I'd had in a long time. Glad we took a chance on a new spot. Well worth it.”
“If you're into farm-to-fork with fresh local produce and seasonal culinary cuisine---this is the best place to dine by reservation in the Central Carolinas.”
“Probably the best Sushi is have ever eaten. The amazing staff found out it was my birthday, they then brought out a dessert and sang. Very kind . The portions are huge .The restaurant was clean .Our new favorite place !!!”
“What a nice place and wonderful food/service. Our large party sat outside in the covered patio with plenty of heaters and great service. Our server Courtney was spot on with the entire group from start to finish. Be sure to ask for her! With the "steps of service" declining in so many places, it was great to have Courtney take care of every detail. The menu is diverse with protein options, starter salads were large, and our GF person was ecstatic of the number of GF option. Their garden was just off the patios, so I would think during the growing season, at least some their weekly specials would be from the garden. The inside was full and had a vibrant energy. The sound inside was low which is a nice change after restaurants feeling the need to be loud to seem entertaining. I think the layout/design including high ceilings help to reduce the volume. If I ever get back in the warmer weather, I would be sure to enjoy their large patio.”
“Nothing better than a golf environment like this to enjoy food on the patio. Burger was undercooked and service was okay overall, but restaurant was busy and the food offering was good! Recommend lunch and shopping in the golf shop!”
“Must have a cocktail here while visiting Pinehurst. Great outdoor seating area with fire pits. Also can host your own draft here with a small little conference room and TV.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of ramps”
“I always enjoy my food here and the service is impeccable. The owners take great care in making excellent Thai food and my favorite is the mango sticky rice! I highly recommend it, I’m never disappointed with what I order ”
“First visit yesterday. Food is very, very good. Wait staff are great, but in some cases maybe too great. We wound up sat in front of I assume maybe a regular who the entire wait staff and cook was all over. Seriously, I think even the dishwasher came out and said Hi. Now, while this attention is great, it was also very annoying having staff come over every 5 minutes and loudly and excessively ask if he needed anything or how we're the mussels were. No other customers while we were there, got that level of attention. That annoyance aside, which I assume is a one off, it's a great place and food.”
“Easily one of best restaurants in the area. Service is classic and impeccable. Food is supremely gourmet, wonderfully high quality, beautiful, and plays with the taste buds in ways you may have never experienced or expected. Big kudos to chef Adam on the swordfish for preparing possibly one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had, from someone who spent decades in expensive areas along the Florida coast.”
“I usually stop here to eat once a month. There's been only a few times that the pizza may not have been as plentiful or as hot as I felt it needed to be, there was also one time i found a hair in a piece of pizza that was brought to me by the waitess, but that's not going to stop me from going”
“In the Pinehurst area for a golf weekend and Google searched breakfast places and The Village Cafe came up, good ratings so four of us went to grab a late breakfast. Very nice place, clean, and nice people working there. I got the Traditional breakfast plate, two eggs, hash browns, toast and the meat choice was the Liver Pudding. Never had it, the nice waitress said it was a "rectangular mush". I was not sold until she said some people think it’s like "Scrapple". Sold! I like Scrapple when I can find it, it was basically the same thing, the presentation of it was not the greatest on the plate. Otherwise it was good! Would go here again for sure.Parking: Gravel lot on side”
