“This is the only brewery within the area. I've seen TBC beers around the state of NC, esp the eastern region, however, I never really tasted it until recently. When I was there last weekend, I tried the IPA. I did like the beer (though it wasn't my favorite ever). The service was quick and the beertender was responsive and friendly. The atmosphere was pretty dull and underwhelming, except for in a good way. It was relaxing to chill outside and watch people drive around the town. This place seems like a great spot for locals to hang out, and they appear very invested in the community hosting and advertising for local events.”

“Small out of the way, gem. Only open a few hours during the day. Everything is made to order. So it's served hot. You can see the bread the chicken in a Tupperware bowl. That's down home cooking. Everything was very good and priced right. Get off the main road and go find it.”

“My wife and I eat here on Tuesdays. I consider the food to be on par with more expensive places, and a bargain at her prices. Chef Kelly is very nice and works exceptionally hard. She is a one person operation right now so don’t be in a hurry, but in my opinion it’s worth the wait.”

“I came across this business while looking for places around town to get a burger and I always start by reading the bad reviews to get a gauge on how the managers and stuff handle their mistakes. Like burnt food, wrong orders, etc and I noticed one review which was clearly written by a kid (Since the spelling was really bad) but the reply from the business owner is what got to me. I was filled with caps locked words. exclamation points and the 'This is a black owned business' excuse. I mean no disrespect with this review and it is mostly a question to the owner. That question being. Why does skin color even matter in business? I'm sure your food is normally good and people have off days when stuff doesn't go as good as it normally should but businesses should stand on quality goods and services, not the owner's skin color”

The service was good at this location, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. When I was there, someone was being escorted our by emergency medical service personnel from the bathroom, which was odd. But overall, it was a good experience at the Tarboro, NC location.”

“Editing this to indicate that Karen is writing this post although you see my grandson's name....dont know how to change that?I had read all the reviews about the bad attitudes of the people that work here, but I wanted a veggie Flatbread sandwich, so I decided I was just gonna ignore the attitudes. WAS I PLEASANTLY SUPRRISED!!! Angie waited on me and she was so kind and patient. I could figure out what bread I wanted and she patiently waited as I figured it out, even changing the bread as I changed my mind. Then she chose the tomatoes from the bunch that I wanted. Then she gave 3 jalapeños just like I asked for, versus ignoring me and grabbing a handful. She handled my sandwich with care, as she wrapped it up. And it's delicious. Thank you so so much angie. I'm aware that I'm picky and I appreciate your professionalism inspite of that.”

“Stopped by for dinner and decided to try the "Signature Sandwich" the Wicked. The service was great and the staff answered all my questions regarding the Sandwich process and made recommendations as well. I got the Regular Wicked which was just under $10, the Regular size sub Sandwich is 7.5 inches which was a nice portion and there was no skimping on the toppings or meats which I loved. You create your own sandwiches by filling out your designated "bag, my Sandwich was fixed correctly just as ordered. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there were alot of fatty pieces in the bacon that may be better with a tad bit better quality meat choices, but I had a great experience and I'll definitely visit them again!”
