Most authentic banh mi in the area (I'm Vietnamese). The bread is crisped to perfection, the veggies are delicious (wish there were a bit more), jalapeños are spicy (as they should be), and they are generous on the meat. I finally caught this food truck for the first time this Sunday. I got there right as they opened at 11 AM. On other weekends when I've tried to catch them, they've been sold out and closed already, so try to catch them early. I got the crispy pork belly bahn mi with no jalapenos. It was soooooooo good.
