“We came here for Easter brunch, and everything was amazing. Our shaded outdoor table was reserved and ready plus the high chair was set aside for our seven month old. The brunch food was everything you could want with mimosas, chicken & waffles, and cheese grits. Matt was an exceptional server who was super kind and made sure we were well attended to. I will definitely return here in the future!Kid-friendliness: My seven month old baby boy had plenty of space and was never directly in the sun. A clean high chair was also ready for him right away.“

“This place is fantastic. I went for margaritas with my friends left and came back with my boyfriend for tacos (which were fanfrickintastic) and for me and him together with drinks and tacos with chips and salsa and queso it was under $70. Yabba dabba we've already been back, TWICE. Last night was music bingo. So fun!“

“Amazing night - my first time to Scooter's and was there with Radio Star performing in 100 degree weather! Amanda and the entire staff made sure we had water and checked in frequently. The stage set up was awesome and patrons joined us from the upstairs deck, the covered seating below, and even in the parking lot! We felt the love and can't wait to play there again. After the show we stayed around and the food was so delicious! AMANDA is a rock star and took such great care of us!“

“Interesting sports bar. If you're here for sports and vintage rock and roll on the sound system you're in the right place. The menu has lots to choose from. Good selection of beers. I chose the "famous meatloaf" for my lunch, with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, and onion straws. We, bartender and me, had some communication challenges placing my orders for food or drink but hey, we all struggle. Food arrived. The gravy was congealed on potatoes and meatloaf so it has been sitting awhile. If you like hot food to be hot you may want to add this requirement to your order. Not sure who dubbed the meatloaf famous but ok. It was on the dry side so could have used more, non solidified gravy to be comfortably swallowable. And salt. It definitely needs salt. If you're a Raleigh local I can see this being your go to place. Lots of banter and interaction with the bartenders. If you're an out of towner, particularly a woman on her own with a robo voice, you don't stand a chance.Wheelchair accessibility: Single level, just roll in“

“My friend and I went to Winston Grille on a Tuesday in March. Winston Grille always has a nice atmosphere. Our waitress was Diane and provided superb service sharing their specials and making recommendations. She always checked on us on food and beverage. She suggested the pork shank with grits instead of mash potatoes. The shank was tender I just didn’t like the peppercorn specs of season so I removed them. The grits were tasty for a change. Thanks Diane!“

“First time coming out looking for beer and some college basketball. Was a Saturday afternoon during the NCAA tourney and the place was packed. Had some onion straws and a couple of beers. I appreciate the high quality TVs, too often poor in the typical sports bar. So our first visit was stellar, we will be back.“

“Some great food items, the Maria quesadilla with shrimp is really good, make sure Maria is there to make it. Sunday breakfast omelettes all day, I like to get grits and hash browns or home fries with the hearty omelette. Good Burgers here, worth the money here, don’t be afraid to edit them. Upgrading to buffalo chips (seasoned potato slices fried) from fries for 2 bucks is worth every penny. Fries are also good. Great shrimp tacos for 3 bucks on Wednesday. Wings are pretty good, they’re on special Tuesday, garlic parm sauce style are delicious. Best 4 dollar side salad I get weekly too. Good people come here too for brewskies and/or shots, I love the regulars here. Thanks for reading.“
