As complete a breakfast menu as you will find anywhere. Excellent food. Efficient and friendly service. If you go on Sunday morning, expect to wait for a table. Don't go thinking you'll have a "European experience" where you sit and sip coffee for two hours. Instead, you'll order, get food quickly, and get your check before you ask for it. It's been a while since I been to Brigs but everything I come here. The food is always delicious. I got the breakfast croissant w coffee, and my boyfriend got the strawberry waffle with home fries, eggs & cheese, & turkey sausage. The food and service were great! Will be back soon.
