Went to BurgerFi in Miami for the first time so decided I’d try it today in Raleigh and OMG the difference in EVERYTHING even though I got the exact same items .. everybody was just moving around with attitudes as if they didn’t want to be there .. I asked the lady for a cup because I did need takeout and she grabbed the cup b pointed to where the others were with attitude. I apologize to her for not realizing where they were . (Again first time there ) but still no greeting...read full review
The burger and bun were completely smashed/flattened in my to go cash. I also purchased the urban fries and for fries that had multiple things on them, they literally had zero flavor.

What a fun lunch my friend and I had here today. The food was great and the personalization from Bobby, the area manager, was a bonus....checked on us to make sure we were satisfied and had a happy disposition overall.... Will definitely return!
