Capital Creations Gourmet Pizza

I was so sad to get the email last Thursday saying they’ve decided to close soon.I adore this place. When I lived close I would eat here a couple of times a month now it’s a handful of times a year. But the chicken cordon blu pizza is always on point and I love the spinach salad with the house made dressing.I love you guys. Thanks for being my families pizza place for the past 23 years.

Most amazing pizza I've ever had. Truly gourmet pizza at it's best. We've been getting take out/delivery there for years for the office. Like everything else, you get what you pay for. You just have to try it. My favorite is the "Hercules" and "Pesky chicken" which have been on their menu for ever. Capital Creations is one of our all-time Raleigh favorites. We have been enjoying their pizzas and equally delicious salads for over 20 years. The establishment itself is no frills, to be sure, but their creations are consistently top-notch. Our favorites are the Wintergarten (we substitute provolone for the pepper-jack) and Artichoke Jubilee pizzas. We often pair one or both with a salad and will even over-order so we have leftovers!
