The salsa and chips started an even perfect meal. Yes, I ate way too much. ? The place was full, and the servers were moving as fast as possible without right out running. The salsa and chips were delightful. Then came the meal. Sizzling and popping, WOW Shrimp fajitas... and the rest was delightful ?.
I've eaten here twice and gotten take out many times. The food is always tasty. I've tried to get an enchilada with chicken and cheese in it multiple times, but they cant do it for some reason so I always just get one chicken and one cheese one and alternate bites. Beef chimichangas, chips, salsa and shrimp quesadilla have all been good in addition to the enchiladas.

We eat at El Rodeo at least once a month. It is our favorite Mexican food in the Raleigh area. The food is delicious, and the service is friendly and very quick. We've had many dishes, but our favorites are the Enchiladas Rancheras, Camarones al Mojo de Ajo, and the Nachos Supreme. We always get their horchata, too, and have enjoyed their margaritas, as well.
