Every detail at Jolie is perfect, from the curated drink and food menu to the atmosphere, even the stairs and restrooms are beautiful. This is the best meal I've had in the states, it is expensive but worth the cost as each dish is really that good. I had the warm gougeres (phenomenal) and roasted mushroom soup (again delicious), and my partner enjoyed his salmon dish. I had the chance to stop in this last Tuesday and grab a seat at the bar.Kelsey greeted me as I walked in.Ryan was behind the bar & gave some great suggestions on the wine & the food.The open kitchen was a nice addition.I had the smoked Salmon Rillettes with toasted bread.
