Ordered online, "Mistake," with footlong and then a small kids meal. When app said it was ready waited a few more minutes and then went in to pick up. Order was still not ready for another 10 minutes and they were not busy, two other customers.A footlong spicy Italian with spinach tomato and pickle looked like an empty paper towel roll in diameter virtually. Ordered delivery and both sandwiches tasted good and were price reasonably. My Club was suppose to be "piled high"and I only had one piece of each meat. The bread was suppose to be "baked fresh daily and the ends were hard like day old bread. My Melt the tuna was not fresh and had a dark brown color to it. The picture showed the bread grilled on the outside and mine wasn't. It was lightly toasted on the inside.Too many problems with this location so I'm sticking with Jersey Mike's

Every time I go here there's always some kind of problem either service is slow, the employees are not very friendly. Today they could not get my coupon working. Always something.
