“First off, the man behind the counter was beyond respectful to every single person there. Even to the dude who was on his phone the entire time he was placing his order.He was quick and went about my order to the tee. He smiled and was beyond humble. The man was a machine.I asked him where he was from and he said with a happy tone "Egypt!". When I read these reviews which degrade this first generation immigrant, it makes me sad. We need to be more welcoming and understanding of what this man and his family are going through.Btw. I got one of the simplest things on the menu. Meatball marinara. It slapped. He even offered me extra sauce without me even asking.Don't listen to these people dramatizing their experiences here. It's a Subway folks. “Subway pizza was banging. Ellie told me it was good, so I obviously had to try it. For $6, this was a total steal. I was completely full after demolishing this meal like it was my last. I was ravenous. I got pepperoni, extra cheese, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. The crust was seasoned as well, which is a nice touch. Absolutely delicious. Maybe even better than an actual pizza place. The service was really fast again. Thanks subway, I am grateful.“

“My daughter recently started school at NC State. We tend to gravitate towards subway because they are the healthier fast food option. We have visited many subway restaurants. This location is by far the best! This place is always clean. The staff is very professional. We have eaten there, many, many times, and there was never a mistake with our orders. Kudos to the management at this location! Not all Subways are the same.“
“I was a regular for this location due to my job being a couple blocks down. I don’t have anything to complain about but there seems to be tension in the atmosphere.Nevertheless, I recommend this store.I get the meatball marinara with added Tuna. Apparently I have to walk in to add it on since they don’t add it online.“

“Excellent customer service tonight @ 4/4 5:30pm. The two young men working there restored my faith in young workers. They were extremely polite, showed a willingness to answer questions rathwr than reluctance, and even went above and beyond for a young girl with her mother in front of me, telling her that she was going to "shine" someday and just interacting with her as she ordered. This was only my second time ever here but those employees made my experience memorable and were a great example ofcustomer service done right when it is so rare to find. They deserve a raise.“

“Yesterday, my mother and I had a meal at this subway restaurant and were pleasantly satisfied with the excellent service and delicious food. The employee serving us was very kind and attentive. Nonetheless, the presence of numerous flies inside the restaurant was a major drawback as they disrupted my enjoyment of the meal by constantly flying around my food and head.Parking: There were no nearby parks close to this restaurant, so I had to walk a considerable distance to reach it.“
“Fast food places get notoriously bad ratings. High volume. Only the disgruntled post reviews. My experience. The place was clean and bright. No trash lying about. Tables and drink area were free of soil. The food prep area, also clean and tidy. The bread and the lettuce were fresh. The sandwich was good. The staff were quick, friendly, and prepared my sandwich exactly as requested. In other words, exactly what you would hope for in a GOOD Subway experience.“
“I come in here maybe once a month, if that, for years now, and there is an older lady that is there who continuously gives me the best customer service. Absolutely outstanding customer service each time. And now and then when I get home with my sub I'll find a free cookie. “This Subway is inside Walmart. Upon entry it is immediately to your left. It’s your standard Subway where you can quickly grab a sub, or whatever else you ordered. There’s a very nice older lady who works here. I chat with her every time I frequent this establishment. She is always kind, and perhaps more importantly she’s quite efficient at her job. There’s also a younger guy who is also very polite and easy to talk to. Assuming there’s no line (there usually isn’t), I can be in and out in no more than 5 minutes. The only drawback about this Subway is that the floor by the drinks is ALWAYS sticky; thus, you end up walking around with sticky shoes for a bit. Not the end of the world, but they should mop that area on a regular basis. Overall a fine Subway. 9/10.“

“Despite only receiving a 2 star experience, I believe a few of the other negative reviews here were not deserved.When I went in I walked over to the register, and was eventually approached, I had a mobile order, and said my name was Jacob. Apparently neither of the two employees spoke english, 3 minutes I tried talking to them, and showed them my order, eventually one realized that they had made it, my name "Jacob" on the bag......I do not blame the two ladies, it is wrong for management to know that they don't speak the best english, while I am sure they can manage, it is still an inconveniences and probably makes the job extra hard for them.“
“I questioned going here but only one bad review I decided to give it a shot and glad I did.The subway is out of the way in a corner however my particular service was 100% in terms of price, food quality, and service. It did seem quite empty at around 5:20pm but that was on a Sunday and to be somewhat expected.Location also seemed very clean and inviting, see my attached photos.“
“The food and service was great! I even had a nice side bar conversation with the employee, in which he initiated. My only complaint are the random people hanging around outside, seemingly doing nothing. It made me hesitant about approaching my car. One individual actually came into the store while I was ordering and asked if I could order him a steak and cheese footlong on white! The employee preparing my food, compensated for the trouble by giving me a free macadamia nut cookie. In spite of the bad company I experienced, I’ll still support this business. You can’t beat good food and conversation.“

“Ordered my Sub Online, they made it well and on time. As some others mention they don't really participate in coupons and such. I got a turkey sub, footlong, double meat. Not sure I really got double meat, but it was good sub. It was $15 so that seems a little expensive but hey with inflation who knows. Can't argue about price since if I don't like the price I don't have to buy it. I am knocking down a star from what would be a 4 star review for their bathroom. It was quite dirty...I mean it wasn't like poop on the walls dirty, but cmon it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. I know it's not the funnest job, but show a little initiative or discipline. If you leave something like this dirty, what about everything else? Under the cooler, in the cooler, in the freezer?“
“I come to this Subway pretty often and it's always a great experience! The managers and employees are friendly, fun to talk to, and see that each customers needs are met. Even when the store is slammed full their team stays focused and gets the work done without losing any kind of quality. The food is great too! Not once have I have a bad experience here.“
“Jaylen was polite and efficient. He was working all alone on a Thursday night fulfilling online orders while having a line to the door and keeping the his line stocked and the dining room clean. The kid deserves a raise if he is doing a two- three person job.“

“This Subway has been here since I was a little kid in the 90s. I remember coming here sometimes after preschool with my mom and sister, eating a small sized ham and cheese sub while drenching down some cool pink lemonade. Let's not forget the happy meal toys. I still have my basketball frisbee I got here from around 1998. Good Times.“
