With the kiosk, there is not much customer interaction. The food was prepared well no mistakes with the customized items. However at every Taco Bell location where we placed an order from the kiosk they forget to provide the drink and we have to remind them. One of the drive-thru staff was very rude to the person doing online pick-up. All he wanted was to check the items before confirming. Ok so it seems that they now close their lobby doors every chance they get and only focus on deliveries. I have gone there twice and they just randomly close their doors in the middle of the day.This only leaves people to use their car to do drive-through. Not everyone has a car to use to do drive-thru and delivery is $10 extra. What is the purpose to keep the lobby permanently closed?

Quite literally the best Taco Bell experience i’ve ever had. The workers were so so nice and it’s a SUNDAY AFTERNOON!!! Literally the best can’t recommend them more. I will definitely be coming back.
