They don’t listen, my food is always wrong when I get home, then when I call back the manager is rude & nasty. Asked me if I have a receipt I told her no she said well I can’t help you then. I come in because I found the receipt she asked me who I talked to? I said I believe it was you she said I don’t remember and I can’t remake your order. If she don’t like African Americans then she shouldn’t be in customer service or put a note on the door that reads No African Americas allowed & I will take my business elsewhere!!!Horrible service

Hardee's is usually better than the rest of the fast food places, and this one is no different. Great customer service, speed, and good make this one of the good places to get some quick food.

Had a Super Star ($6.79) and wife had the BLT CHICKEN ($6.49). Keeping in mind that this is a fast food restaurant, both meals were excellent and quite tasty. Wife said her chicken was quite moist and enjoyable. My burger was huge and had a charcoal grilled taste. Fries were crisp and tasty. We will return.

Unfortunately my coffees were served with no creams when the person who took our order even asked us twice how many creams we wanted in our coffee. We asked for two creams. It was served black.

Service sucked ass and was not a good experience at all. I orderd and 30 min later they just put in my order. The floor is dirty and i would not reccomend this hardees. Hardees hss a good reputation and other ones i have been too the food was so good but not for this one.

My how things change. For years this was my favorite Hardee's but after this morning I'm probably going to choose Bojangles instead in the future. I just wanted a biscuit and a courtesy cup of water. When the lady (a manager I believe) gave me my total I realized she had charged me for a regular soft drink. When I questioned this she informed me that she had started charging for water. Not because the cost of cups had increased or their water bill was through the roof. No, I was told that it was because so many customers were asking for water but actually getting soft drinks! So rather than confronting the thieves, I now have to pay for MY water! Is this the new America?? I won't say I'll never be back to this location as I've had excellent experiences in the past, but it's going to be a while. Kind of soured right now.

Insanity is doing the same thing expecting different results. So we tried Hardee's in rolesville nc and still what a huge disappointment. My insanity to think they would have changed for the better. Nope. Horrible.
