“My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years now since we found the place. Hands down our favorite Mexican cuisine in the area; the birria and street tacos are incredible and they have the best horchata. Service is always great, and food never takes long.“

Quesabirria Taco Tray

“I work up the road and have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got the chance today. I'm actually kicking myself that I didn't stop sooner. I got the esquite and quesabirria, both absolutely delicious! The salsa roja is good and spicy, with lots of good flavors! They're not bland like a lot of local places. It's going to be a regular lunch spot for me! I'm excited to try the tacos on my next visit. They don't mention it on here or FB, but no cards are accepted. They accept cash only.“

Quesadilla

“The restaurant is owned and run by the same folks that had Dona Lupe's in Granite Quarry (now closed). It's a huge space that offers games for the kids. The food is very good and fresh. The portions a quite good and fair for the price and the staff is friendly and always helpful. I could see the place getting pretty loud if all the games were going and the place was full of people. We came for lunch and there really weren't many people. I Like that they're still offering the $1 taco Tuesday special and hope that continues. I'm not sure that the new 'concept' of limited wait staff, having to order at the counter and self service drinks and the like is going to fly. One thing I really didn't like, a they're losing a star for, is they no longer offer free chips and salsa. It's just that literally EVERY other Mexican restaurant in the area does. Their chips and salsa were great. They gotta fix this decision.....“

“Overall, a good place to get some dinner. Not expensive for the portions/quality. The rice was what took points off for food. It tasted odd and had a strange aftertaste. It was also tough to bite into, so it was slightly undercooked. The street corn was amazing. I enjoyed the flavor of it thoroughly. Lastly I ordered Tacos Al Pastor with pork & corn tortillas. It was really with pork+pineapple. I two very rough pieces in my tacos which I had to spit out, but that’s kind of expected with food sometimes. Overall the food was pretty good. It was super dark in there and it made it difficult to see the best. The waiter was average and was mostly attentive. He was busy and had lots to do so we understand.“

“I just got takeout again from Los Arcos, and since I work in the same shopping center, it's a frequent dinner splurge. Orders placed to-go are always ready in a reasonable amount of time, and are hot and fresh. They also ask to see confirmation of your order so no one steals your food or gets the wrong order, which I appreciate. I always order a cheese dip and the pelusa (chicken, steak, shrimp, onions, peppers, and rice). Their meat is tender and well-seasoned, and the cheese dip is my favorite at any Mexican restaurant nearby. It is a bit pricey (around 28 dollars for large queso and pelusa), but my meal includes 3 meats and the portions are large, so I can't fault them for that. Definitely recommend for those craving Mexican in Salisbury!“
