Food here is good. We thought this was our favorite Mexican restaurant in Salisbury but after our last visit we agreed it is not. 2 reasons for the change of opinion are the food quality and portion size seem to have suffered over time as well as the pricing. While portions have shrank the prices have risen a lot at Monterrey! There are too many other choices to keep this as our first choice.

Great atmosphere and food but our waitress seemed to have an attitude problem. She never offered drink refills. We had to ask for salsa 3 times. Had to wait forever for any kind of service.
