Took 45 mins to get our food after ordering and the French toast was burnt, bacon wasn't crispy as ordered and our drinks were not refilled. Still tipped and was polite but this was unacceptable. 45 mins for French toast ..two people
Every visit is different... This one we had a mix up somewhere between the server and kitchen... waited an hour. They split the parties into two orders. Other party received food promptly, and we sat...for another 45 mins... would have left if we weren't with family. The server apologized and was very polite. Just makes me consider going elsewhere now if we have the entire family (9 people) present.

I really miss the old cracker barrel. Same building and same decor but the menu and food has changed. Overall feel of the place has changed. Food doesn't taste the same. At one time, I'd drive way out of my way to eat at a cracker barrel. Now I eat there just out of convenience.
