“Scotland Neck doesn't have a ton of dine out options, so I was excited to see La Casetta after a long drive and working. Their menu has a great mix of pastas, pizza, salads, and appetizers. All of their entrees come with bread, and you have the option to add proteins and vegetables. I decided to go with the lasagna with a side of vegetables. The food took a while to come out, but it was so worth it! The lasagna had tons of flavor. Each bite you could taste the oregano, tomatoes, red pepper, and one other seasonings. One just popped after the other. The vegetables were a little over cooked and sad, so I added them to the lasagna, and that seemed to help a little bit.Minus one star for the server being a little snappy and rude when I asked about the wifi. She seemed to get a little nicer before we left, but the escalation of her attitude while I asked her questions was surprising. Being a server myself, I understand having an off day; but you can't let that mess with you too much. However, the other server that helped us at the end was a delight.I would come back for the lasagna and skip the vegetables.”
“This place is amazing! We came through to see the bird park with my family and had an amazing time! We got a little hungry so decided to stop at this cute little cafe and I had the Elvis dog which was absolutely delicious and very fair priced! The employees were very helpful and kind as well. Will be going back next time!”
“Food is always great and trust me every small town needs a Chinese takeout restaurant. This is definitely the best place to get a bite even in terms of value for what you pay for. If you haven't gone in a while i do have to warn you. THE MENU PRICES HAVE CHANGED...be sure to pick up a new menu if you're going after the pandemic dieing down. Accidentally placed a large order and didn't check, was shocking when my order came up way higher than I thought. Couldn't complain though ot was my own fault, I don't really care how much food cost so long as the quality is there and its delicious.”
“First time eating here, on the way to Williamston. I had the pork BBQ plate with yams, cabbage, and hush puppies. Dad had BBQ ribs, yams, collards and hush puppies. Everything was hot and so good. The portions were very large, enough for left overs to eat later. Highly recommend.”
“Hardee's continues to never disappoint, even after being in business for several decades. Their burgers were a favorite treat after a fishing trip in the 1970s.”
“Great family restaurant, my son lives a mile from the establishment. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Incredible family friendly place, recommended for all your dinning needs.”
“I stopped here while in the area. The food was decent. It was not as great as my local bat b que, but it was good. The time was a bit lengthy, but when they realized they missed an item on my order, they were VERY apologetic. I am all about owernship! She also placed an "I am sorry" item it the bag. When in the area, I will drop in again. Customer service goes a very long way!Great job!Parking: The store is on a side street, and parking is a bit of a challenge”
