Pork bbq served either sliced or chopped, either on a bun or a plate with sides. This is the standard for NC BBQ. By my estimation this is not Eastern NC BBQ, neither geographically (obviously) nor in the style of BBQ. I guess this qualifies as "North Carolina Piedmont BBQ" if such a designation exists. I came this Bbq place for the rating and I Was a little disappointed with the food and portions, the price was ok, the service was good and the restaurant was clean but The red bridges bbq restaurant is a little tiny cheap, portions are big and I Don't need to paid extra for French fries and sweet bbq sauce or for paying with credit card like Alston bridges bbq

I love there hush puppies, they are really good. My husband, daughter and l eat there regularly, but husband and my daughter loves their barbecue chicken on certain days that they have itit's a great place to eat the barbecue sandwich is good also ,try it sometimesyou will probably like it.
