“This spot has been on list to try for a while now and I finally got the chance to stop in. It was totally worth the wait. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I was given a menu but I asked what was a favorite vegan dish. I decided on the owner’s favorite the ramen noodle dish with tofu. This is a ramen dish without a broth and it served with a white creamy goodness sauce!!! They offer a peanut sauce as well but I went with a ginger sauce. To topIt off I got the coconut cake with the blood orange filling…there are literally no words ?…I’m speechless and so happy with my dinner!!!!My expectations were far exceeded!!! The food was outstanding!!! Service was WOW!!!Not that it really matters but the bathroom wallpaper was adorable too.”

“This is THE place to your barbeque fix! The main entrées and the sides are always on-point. Before you leave, be sure to hit up their Sauce Bar to gather all the sauces and pickles and hots you need. Oh--and be sure to get a large banana pudding (or two) plus a medium cobbler of the day. You'll thank me forever!”

“Where do I start?! The moment you step in the door you know it will be an experience. Start with oysters on the half shell, she crab soup, and then filet and lobster. We ended with apple bread pudding alamode. Off the charts amazing! Friendly service!”

“The real deal. Good food. Good people. Good location. Crabcakes could use some chunks of crab in my opinion, but they weren't that sort of cake. (I get it.) Potato salad was a work of art. These sorts of straightforward, basic, reasonable seafood places on the water that haven't deteriorated into tourist traps are becoming rare these days post-pandemic, it seems. The locals seem to keep it afloat during the off-season. Go eat there and enjoy *what* it is *while* it is. Don't take it for granted. Get there early. Just sayin'.”

“Such a fun place to check out when visiting the area! The gelato flights are so much fun, and a very unique experience. There are plenty of wine and bear options, and the outdoor patio area is great to sit, hang out, and listen to live music.”

“Chef Dustin has a beautiful thing going here. The flavors of the shrimp and grits, shrimp salad, and the palomas were top notch. We had a culinary experience that we haven't had in a while.The inside of the restaurant is beautiful, the outside is relaxed.I was worried this place would be a tourist trap but it was nothing like that.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free items are marked on the menu.”

“Wonderful French onion soup on the menu and it was flavor dense with amazing rye sourdough croutons.. we try to try something different every time we go because everything is so wonderful .. And the service is always great. Love both Carl amd Carolina. Thanks Southern for taking such good care of us.”

“Dinner after the movie. It's been quite a while since we were here. Still great food and service. Relaxing atmosphere even with a full house. I had to try the lasagna again, and it was better than I remembered. Wifey went with veal and loved it. Definitely recommend reservations.”

The food was delicious and even though the place was crowded and people were waiting, my food was presented hot and they kept the coffee coming. I'm retired military and I know what a good team looks like and they have that here. Michelle Gardner and Lindsay Hamilton should be awarded and commended for great customer service.”

“We had a wonderful birthday celebration dinner at fizzy janes! The drinks were fantastic. Paper plane was delicious and the scallops were awesome. Our waitress Brigid was fantastic and she was great with our 1 year old baby and very tentative and kind. Thank you for the wonderful time.”

“Food is fabulous and portions are unreal. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. It is a little small and can be a bit loud but you can overlook that. Its the only reason for the 3 stars. Staff if wonderful too !! Excellent !!”

“Outstanding food and service! Myself and a crew of military members brought in from around the world and operating locally had a large order of burgers and dogs catered. The owner took amazing care of us, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond. Everyone loved the food, would absolutely recommend coming to visit!”
