I really wish I could give NO stars for that pitiful customer service offered at this location.The young Hispanic girl was SO rude today. From the phone call to me coming inside the store she had a very NASTY attitude.

I didn’t even get to go in because they don’t have their hours updated. Checked on google to see if they were open today (Sunday) and it said they were. Bf and I drove 20 minutes to see that they weren’t, not to mention they also put in the effort to put a paper sign up saying they’re closed on Sundays, but they didn’t do anything online. Shouldn’t be that hard ?

The staff, is amazing at this location. I have ate here more tines than I can even count now. They recognize me when I call to place my order and when I arrive at the location. My coworkers know I am always going to eat at this location at least once every time I travel for work to Statesville. The staff, have been extremely busy many times I have went in, but they never have an attitude or seen even a little overwhelmed. The food is always amazing and exactly as ordered.

Food was terrible!!!! Garlic parmesan wings were sweet like they put sugar on them!!!! The Philly cheese steak didn’t have any meat on it and the bread wasn’t toasted! Lemonade taste like coolaid made with sweet&low!! Nothing was good will never go back!

Not a deli. Went in to order a Ruben but they didn't have. In fact there was no tables or meats like a deli to choose. Very limited really no deli items.

Terrible service stood inline for 30 minutes and was told that they had ran out of wings. If I could, I would give them a zero.

This place was recommended by a friend. I'll admit, I have driven by several times but never stopped. Finally Tried it out, ordered through Door Dash. I ordered the wing/fried rice combo w/lemon pepper wings and a separate order of garlic parmesan wings. Wings were good, they are petite/small which I like because I'm not a fan of huge chicken wings. Fried rice is different but tasty. I will be ordering again and trying something different.
