Almost 30 mins in a drive through for a chicken rice bowl and a 4 piece supreme is unacceptable!! Maybe it was because the person in car in front of me knew one of the workers and they were chatting it up!! Only after people started blowing their horns behind me did they decide to break it up and the line got moving. Chit chat on your time not mine!

This is my favorite Bojangles in all Statesville. The best thing on the menu is the ham and egg biscuit with bo-rounds along with a sweet potato pie, yum yum!

Do not eat here they got roaches , and bugs in their food, the food is always nasty and cold, the chicken tenders are the size of chicken nuggets, the manager is unprofessional and called me a bum because I changed my mind about wanting to work there ?

Very poor customer service! We left and went across the street to McDonalds.Wheelchair accessibility: How can a wheel chair person go in and sit down if the door is locked ???

This is a good chain with excellent food and a not bad drive-thru. I've been getting take out here for about 2 years and have not experienced the slow service that others complain of.I've ordered everything from breakfast, to a single meal, to a giant family box and so far, nothing has been missing. The food has been delicious, fresh and hot. The workers manning the drive-thru have been pleasant and courteous.I have not been inside, preferring to grab and go.The parking lot is clean.

Vegetarian options: Egg & Cheese Biscuit Combo is my go-to: sub cheddar cheese instead of American cheese, bo-rounds with bojangles seasoning, & a sweet tea.Alternatively ordered as a cheddar-bo biscuit combo, add egg; most bojangles will give a side of egg seperate from the cheddar-bo biscuit, that then youd need to manually add to the biscuit yourself. A bojangles employee explained to me that the side egg needs to be added by the customer because the cheddar-bo biscuits are pre-wrapped in tinfoil, so the cheddar melts.*I prefer to order the egg & cheese biscuit combo as a cheddar-bo biscuit add egg—even though it's more of a hastle. The reason is because the cheddars melts within the biscuit & then they wrapp the cheddar-bo biscuit in tinfoil— as opposed to the typical paper wrapping of their egg & cheese biscuit.downside of ordering as a cheddar-bo biscuit add cheese is that—also I've found that whenever I order as an egg & cheese biscuit sub cheddar—that bojangles typically charges 75-85 cents extra yet still gives anerican cheese despite the sub cheddar ordered & the extra fee for the cheddar cheese. For the most part, it was a great experience. Thank you, daniel, for being very kind in generous and caring sincerely jackie as well Your kindness made all the difference of my day and experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I was turned down. Aretha on my coffbecause they were.Just not Willing to make any and even though they may not serve it as much on a Sunday afternoon it's still in the menu. I still bought it and I did not get it.I didn't that miss Jackie and miss Daniel made my experience.Very pleasing With their kindness and generosity And hard work. And thank you for all the hard work with the team in the back and drive through

I’m not one to leave google reviews, in fact this may be the first one I’ve ever done but it can’t go without being reviewed. Today is the second time in the last month or so that we’ve ordered family dinner from this particular establishment & have waited over an hour to receive our food each time. We order on the app to “save time”, but when we arrive to the store & park in the designated parking as the app instructs you to do nobody ever comes out. We’ve gone inside to make them aware & they still do not get in a hurry to fix our food. Our order was placed at 6:09pm & my husband did not receive it until 7:26pm. That is absolutely unacceptable. When you pay close to $50 for dinner you expect way better time management & care than that. My husband said the manager didn’t even appear from the back room for at least 30 minutes after he had gone inside to inquiry about the food. Employees were cussing & belittling each other within earshot of customers. Very poor customer service all around. We will not be back.

Today's visit was not great. The food & coffee was subpar, there was pee all over floor in front of the toilet, and there was a cockroach under the bathroom sink.

I recently experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in 44 years. My mother and law and I went through the drive-thru on 12/5/23 and she was charged multiple times after using her debit card at the window.Today, 12/7/23, on my day off, I went along with her on her lunch break, again, two days after the incident, after calling in an attempt to understand what happened, how this happened, and if she should we expect further charges to appear on her card? The attempt by phone was a joke, I seriously had to ask myself if the individual I was speaking with had been trained to treat customers in such a rude manner or if they Bojangles owners just don’t care. Obviously not, because after receiving some of the worst Customer Service I have ever received over the phone, my next move was to speak with management in person, a gentlemen simply called “Z”. I couldn’t make this up if I wanted too. Being college educated and running a businesses of my own, I just stood back and observed as my mother in law was treated as if she was a nuisance, and had done something wrong, because she wanted her money back for fraudulent charges. “Z”, manager on duty, which is a stretch to call someone a manager because they have keys to the office or have a pin with their name on it, had absolutely zero customer service skills, treated her in a rude manner, made no apologies for the inconvenience and offered no explanation. The misappropriated funds were returned, but **be forewarned**, while customer service at this location is virtually non existent, there’s absolutely no telling how many customers they are doing this too, and if this goes any further, only time will tell.I will be reaching out to the owner of the franchise to discuss “Z” and contacting the Bojangles corporation, just to fill them in on the level of service people are receiving at this location.
