Oh my goodness.... A place of heaven to the mouth... If haven't ever been here you need to STOP... Wonderful stuff ... Make sure you stop here for sure... Take out only but you can always enjoy a tail gate meal... Or just take it home

Someone mentioned Port-a-pit last week and I had been wanting some ever since so we decided to go there for lunch today.I'm sure glad we did!A coworker got the 1/2 chicken with BBQ slaw and beans and was well pleased with it all. Another coworker got the ribs and bbq plate with pit roasted potatoes and baked beans with an extra side of bbq slaw. Yummmm who doesn't love port a pit chicken ? It's a little off the beaten path so I don't get to go often but when I do it's always a delight. Their ribs are to die for. Chicken is so moist and juicy even the white meat. They are only open on limited days so be sure to google their hours before going. The sides are pretty decent I wish they would have put more than a little scoop of baked beans though. Friendly service.
