I made a MOBILE order so I could pick it up in the drive-through on my way to work. I was told one of my 5 items was not ready and to pull around to mobile ordering. After waiting TEN minutes for a MOBILE order that I should have picked up in the drive-through, I went inside because no one had been out and I thought they'd forgotten me. This is the only Taco Bell I really like. It's always nice and clean inside and the food's good. We go through the drive-thru quite often and have no problems with the food order or staff because they're always friendly.
I ordered a taco bell grande (combo), which I had not ordered in years - since it was shaped like an edible bowl and came in a box! So I thought I would give it a try. I saw that it came in the same type of container that the nachos supreme, (which I miss), USED to come in. It was good. But I was disappointed because there was WAY MORE chips than toppings. The toppings wasn't even spread out on the chips! It was like on big glob in the middle! So I doubt I'll be getting that again!...read full review
