The store was clean, and the service was fast. The cashier, Susan, was extremely attentive and nice. I tried the new chicken wraps for the first time. I tried both the honey mustard and ranch flavored wraps. They tasted ok. Thank you, Susan, for your great customer service. It made my visit a better one.
An important part of customer service is acknowledging the customer, even if you aren't in a position to immediately help them. You say something like, "Welcome to Hardee's, I'll be right with you." The breakfast manager this morning did not do this. She was bagging orders for the drive thru, and instead of greeting us, she made eye contact, did not speak to us, and went back to chatting with her friend.When she finally finished what she was doing, she turned around, walked up...read full review

The new restaurant looked very nice and clean. However was disappointed in my chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was way over cooked,very dark and dry. I normally love the chicken sandwich but very dissatisfied for a 10 dollar combo this time.
