“Excellent food, kitchen was backed up and I received the wrong item but it was promptly refunded and I had what I wanted in less than 5 minutes. Very pleased with excellent customer service and delicious food. The pretzel is great, the stroudel is to die for.”
“My experience was decent and good I was able to do what I came to do and achieve what I do, people out side in the back playing games and mingling, inside socializing while listening to a live band.”
“Overall it was a wonderful experience, with one exception. The woman who helped us upon entering seemed to have zero interest in answering ANY questions about the wines. Possibly she didn't know...im not sure. But, everyone else was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in everyone enjoying themselves. The gentleman who was there singing was very talented, I very much enjoyed his music as well as conversation. I can definitely see us going back, even with the initial woman's complete disinterest in helping us.Being new to this area and quality of wine here, I would say some was excellent some not as much. I am originally from Oregon's Willamette Valley where we had some of the best Pinot Noir produced.”
“This place is such a refreshing surprise after moving from California and fearing we wouldn’t find any tasty Mexican food. Their chips & cheese sauce are my fave thing there. Hubby loves their carne asada burritos, I love their nachos, and everyone we tell goes back for more. The best thing about this place is the friendly service. We keep going back because of the service!”
“This place has great Italian food and pizza. The restaurant is extremely friendly, but it is kind of small so be prepared to wait on busy nights. They also make their own nice crusty Italian bread that can't be beat. Unfortunately, it's closed on Sundays and Mondays and here in Troutman so is the other pizza place... I don't include the chains.”
“We drive an hour each way to dine at Julia's Talley House and have never been disappointed in the food the staff or the atmosphere. Honestly feels like Sunday afternoon at Grandmother's.”
“What a gem! The wings are delicious and reasonably priced, the piggy sticks are delicious and the pizza is tasty. I love making pizza and I'm actually a bit of a pizza snob. With that said this pizza isn't what I would call top shelf thin crust pizza (which is my personal favorite) but it's great for what it is which is cheap and delicious soft crust heavily loaded pizza.I have two suggestions I'd love to see come true.1. Pleasr bring back wing night at the buffet. I know it's pricy to do all you can eat wings but maybe offer it at a higher price point in addition to the pizza buffet.2. Consider adding a super spicy wing sauce option for the spice heads. If not a ghost pepper sauce at least a mango habanero type sauce. Something with a real kick.Either way I will be back soon!”
“This my first time eating at Dixie's and I have to say WOW what great food. I will be visiting you again and my friend's and family will too. GREAT FOOD! John ”
“10/10 food the service was great I don’t even speak Spanish, but they help you out really well. I got the steak and shrimp that’s my favorite and go to for sure.”
“I stopped in for lunch after always passing by the place but never having time to come in and eat. It's a really small family-owned place, and they were decently busy, but managed exceptionally well for how few people they had working the front.Everything is super affordable, and the portions are really generous. I got the Onion Soup as a appetizer, and it comes with cilantro in it. I've never seen any Japanese place add cilantro to Onion soup before, but it was the best I've ever had.I got the Kyjo Shrimp with Noodles entrée, and it was really large for only being about $13. I feel like it's more than you would get at other places for a comparable amount of money.I didn't get a chance to try any sushi as I was really full after what I had, but I'll definitely be back by again when I'm in the area.”
“Had breakfast here today and was delighted with my food. I ordered a baloney, egg and cheese biscuit. The egg was fluffy and the thick slice of baloney was twice the size of the biscuit. Everything was perfectly cooked. The staff were not particularly friendly and the place is not fancy at all. Rolls of paper towels placed on each table serve as napkins - my kind of place! The iced tea didn't have enough ice in it to properly cool the contents but the flavor was very good.”
“Hands down best subway I've been to .. the customer service here was amazing I believe I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name anita and then a younger girl by the name of brook.. they did a absolutely wonderful job working together and created a work environment i myself would love to be in.. very friendly, helpful and kind will definitely be back! Exspecially if either one of these lady's are working! Not to mention the sandwiches they made me was the best sandwiches I've had from a subway”
“ordered over the phone on Christmas eve, picked up right away and super easy ordering. only took around 10 minutes and we were in and out. lots of amazing food for a price you can’t beat.”
“I am giving this place five stars because of the lady at the drive through window. She was friendly and helpful. We do not usually eat Arby's, and she was helpful and informative about their products. I did not catch her name, yet I think that she had red in her hair. For a fast food restaurant, stopping at Arby's in Troutman was a positive experience.”
“We stopped in for dinner tonight. The food was so freash and you could tell it was made with love. The owner Anna makes you feel like your just a part of her family. Everything is made fresh to order. We will be back soon.”
