“Great pizza! Just moved to the area and was my first pizza place to try in the area. I am only giving 4 stars cause there was some confusion with when my pizza was ready for pick-up and therefore the pizza wasn’t 100% fresh cause it was waiting a while. Althouhh Johnny over there was great and incredibly friendly and I will definitely be coming back because of him.“
“The calzones & Stromboli are absolute perfection and are my hubby and I's favorite from all the places around town! Pizza is yummy too! Easy to order ahead (I use slice app) and they always have it ready to go! Service is friendly and efficient! The only thing I would like to see is a delivery option. “Delicious chicken wings and pizza, easiest the closest I've had to NY pizza. A really robust family owned business. You can tell from the food they really care about cooking and the traditional way of making pizza. You can't beat their Monday deal, large cheese for only $10. Oh and I forgot to mention they have a drive-thru!Parking: Drive-thru.“
“The pizza and wings are always amazing! The mango habenero wings with the blue cheese is delicious! They have actual blue cheese dip! The ingredients for their food is always grade A from my experience, it really comes out in the flavors when you are enjoying your meal. My family really enjoys our visits to George's, always a plus when we get to see George work his magic in the back! The staff is friendly and attentive, and we really like the brick oven pizza atmosphere.“
“Order today for the first time and got a pepperoni magnifico but removed the pepperoni by accident. When the delivery driver arrived and in a very timely manner I should add. He had stated he was not sure if I intended to order the pizza that way and brought me the pizza I ordered and a pepperoni magnifico the way it usually comes in case I messed my order up at no extra charge. The delivery driver was beyond nice as well. The food was hot and fresh upon delivery and delicious. I will 100% be going back to this location!“
“We had the pleasure of having Soli as our server. She was very professional but on an extremely pleasant and personal level. Soli was very attentive to our order and went above and beyond. She was definitely a breath of fresh air and should be a role model for other servers in the industry. “Ate dinner with my daughter here a last week and the food is always delicious. Have to give them a great review because I’ve been eating here the last 2 years since we moved across the street and I’ve never had bad service. The staff is very nice, the ingredients they use are fresh and the restaurant is always clean. One of my favorite spots in the area.“
“Update: my issue has been promptly addressed1st time ordering, and the pizza was very tasty. Wings OK --- not crispy, wrong dip. Unfortunately, we have a couple of other issues.1st: we ordered a 2L diet coke, and upon delivery were informed that 5 cans were substituted. That's fine, however we got regular coke which is not so great for us.2nd and more importantly: we paid for an order of zeppoles which were not delivered. This is upsetting.I look forward to management correcting the 2nd issue (particularly), and the ability to amend this review.“
“If you’re the kind of person who likes authentic food from Tuscany this is pretty much a dream destination. The freshest and most authentic dishes can only really be found in the motherland, but Amalias dedicated culinary arts has to be tasted to be believed. Kick back with a bottle of Duoro wine from Portugal with plummy fruit and spice flavors, the good acidity and the occasionally rugged tannins are more than a little reminiscent of a port. A great suggestion from our waiter, Gaitino who is from Sardinia. His fascination of food and wine is very apparent. Have you ever walked out of a restaurant feeling perfectly content after a decadent meal, surrounded by the comforts of an Italian manor only to be surprised by the fact that you’re still in Wake Forest, North Carolina.We will definitely be back with our family.“
