We walked in and it smelled like cleaner, not bagels or bacon or coffee...it was kinda gross. The seating area was blocked off so we couldn't eat there anyways. No menu anywhere so we have no idea how much each item we purchased cost. The food was SO good, we loved the sandwiches and cream cheese—just the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired.
The bagels were meh. Service was not great. One girl behind the counter was walking around dragging her feet and sighing loudly like she hated being there. Overall disappointing experience. Make the extra drive to NY Bagel & Deli on Falls of Neuse. They are worth it.

Went there 2 days in a row because their bacon egg and cheese on the everything bagel tastes like it was made in NY. My third visit I wanted to try out their deli and I wouldn't recommend it. They didn't have simple ingredients to make a turkey sandwich the way I wanted it and I was getting an impression that this is just a breakfast place. I would come back for breakfast sandwiches and go to another sub spot for lunch sandwiches, unless they add an expert to run the deli area...read full review
