I had The Empanada Factory cater an event at the beginning of March ‘24 for 80 people and it was fantastic. We have white rice (was well seasoned and not boring), chicken (was boneless, well seasoned, and not dry and the onions with it were delicious), pinto beans, maduros/sweet plantains, and salad. Let me tell you these people are amazing! I wanted to cry when they closed for those few months.Since their reopening I have made it my business to support them. They are amazing and have hooked me up twice for company events I have had and even rode all the way out to Durham without hesitation. They are amazing and have become an Office favorite in my office.Thanks for everything as always!

Generally, the food is delicious. Flavors are great, always fresh and hot. Lately though, when ordering dinner, the portions are definitely smaller. I'm paying for a large black bean and getting a half-full bowl that's mostly liquid. The first time I figured they were running low at the end of the day but after the third time it's a problem.
