“My family and I have always enjoyed the food at milanos and still do. But our past 5 or so visits we have had horrible service! The waiters and waitresses act as if you aren't there. We already had our food but no drinks. We would ask for things such as Mariana, parmesan, or chili flakes and they would never be brought. Our drinks were never refilled. The only time the waitress was seen was after we were finished expecting a tip. I usually always tip and have even for the many horrible experiences but this time we left no tip. I will probably order take out from here on out because the food is amazing but the staff are rude and don't tend to their customers the way that they should!”

“Great people own this place. They help with all kinds of charities by having poker runs, raffles/door prizes and selling food to raise money. I think you have to have a membership but they're very friendly and would be glad to help you if you wanted to join their establishment.”

It's the traditional American Chinese restaurant that I am used to which I enjoy, and I'd have to say out of all of them your establishment was definitely one of my favorites due to the friendliness, and style of this family.Keep doing what you're doing, and thank you for providing great traditional Chinese food!”

“I love going to clutch. I love that Clutch has an assortment of sugar free options. Starbucks only has one in our area. All of the staff at Clutch in Winston are wonderful. I see Emily and Jordan the most when I come through and they are awesome. In my personal opinion, Emily makes the best blended sugar free coffee but all of the staff do an amazing job. They not only take your order and get your drink but they add a personal touch by getting to know you. It helps get you off the daily work rhythm and is something I really enjoy.Dietary restrictions: Many sugar free options.”

“Fantastic ice cream at a good price. Friends and I spent a weekend at Hanging Rock State Park, but this creamery became a trip highlight. We had no idea such a quality place exists. “This is such a hidden gem of a breakfast/lunch diner.The food is amazing and tastes like the best homemade, wholesome fare you could make.I highly recommend the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and sweet potato casserole that is dessert without being overly sweet. 10/10 love this place.Also it is cheaper than McDonald's down the road and they do takeout if you don't have time to sit down.”

We used to live by the Country Club location in Winston Salem and they were fantastic as well. We are so thrilled there is a location here in Walkertown as well!! “Well what a nice surprise this place was! Far exceeded any expectations I had. Fabulous service and good food What more do you need. Also nice space! Nice decor inside with ample space that the seating is spread out. Sat in a nice booth at lunch and noticed they actually serve wine and beer too! The menu is great, sushi and sashimi and all your teriyaki and hibachi staples. My friend and I both got the chicken bowl. I had mine with white rice and she had fried rice. This was one mammoth size bowl. A good 3 servings for me. Lots of veggies and nice teriyaki glaze but not dry at all. Good flavor and the chicken was perfectly coated and cooked. Served hot too, with yum yum sauce . The place was busy for lunch and seemed like a lot of regulars. Always a good sign. For a strip mall location this place is far superior to most Japanese places. Definitely a place to try lunch or dinner .”

“our family loves "Hole in the wall" locations, but here we were treated as outsiders who were in the way, and served food that could have come from the local grocery store frozen section. our waiter didn't even botherbto give her name. my daughter got hashbrowns that looked like chopped up wet worms. We will definitely not be going back.”

“I love this little place. They have a little of everything for everyone. I've had their Greek platter a couple of times, and it's really good. When I want a fried seafood platter, I'll come here instead of the seafood restaurants near me. We usually go every couple of weeks.”
