I tried the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. That was the worst excuse of a chicken sandwich I've ever had. The breading had pretty much slid off of the freezer burnt chicken. Terrible!

12/14/23 1st ham biscuit received i turned back around to let them feel how HARD the biscuit was no lie it was hard as a brick...2nd biscuit was the same exact way so i wasted time and money....I couldn't turn back around for that because i would've been late to work...not sure what the problem is but please don't work in fast foods if you really don't care

This store is horrible,, service is terrible,,staff is even worse,,,they wall around with there pants hanging off there butts,,when asked if he can pull up his pants was told not to look at him,, spoke with manager Chris who stated this was acceptable,,i have never been so suprised to hear that from management...this store cant get anymore of my money I will never go there again,,17th street in Wilmington nc

Terrible customer service. All I did after placing my order at the register was ask for my receipt and was given all kinds of attitude because I didn't know the place's policy about receiving a receipt.
