I have no issues with my food it’s always great but every time I have food delivered they never send me a straw to go with my tea I work in a parts warehouse that is very dirty so I don’t want my tea with out a lid. I gave a 4 ⭐️ sorry please send what’s needed with my order. Thanks

If I could give this place a zero for customer service I would. I was trying to order through the drive thru and the lady kept cutting me off to where I couldn’t get any order completely out. Finally after getting my first order complete she cut me off and said that’s it okay your total is … well I was not finished. And when I proceeded to continue to order she got a nasty attitude and said I thought you said that was it, okay what else. At this point I drove off because I refuse to give any company my business with people working for them who have attitudes like this. And this isn’t an “off” day, my family members have had these same interactions the past few times they’ve been there as well.
They are some rude idiots that need to fix their attitude before they go to work or get a different job if they don’t like where they work

I have been eating at Hardee's for 40+ years and try to eat there whenever I locate one. I find it's more difficult to order as the menu is somewhat different at each franchise. Yet, I was able to order the version of hamburger I enjoy, although it was kind of difficult to get it with the condiments I like. But, ultimately I got what I ordered and it was terrific.
