Not very busy at night, but service and food is always very good. Kind staff and hot fresh food. Could be a little cleaner but a great place to stop for a quick meal.

I hate to say it but the front end staff at this location just ain’t worth a damn thing. They are either inappropriate to the max or frankly so rude that it really is not worth the trouble to go into the restaurant. Good luck with the drive-through as the employee behind the microphone is probably not even listening and putting in your order wrong and if you go in the morning you might even be lucky enough to get mean mugged by the rudest elderly staff that seem to just not even care anymore. It’s a shame because the cook staff at this location are ON POINT and understand the assignment when it comes to the food, because it’s always been hot and fresh. It’s a shame that the cook staff has to have the accomplishment drowned out by the rudest staff in the area.

I had gotten a Frisco burger with extra cheese because this I what I used to get years ago and I thought it was amazing back then. But having tried it, and Hardee's and recently was very underwhelming. They were understaffed, but still we able to get my food out pretty quick. The place wasnt dirty but it didn't seem super clean, perhaps just old. My burger was alright but seems a bit dry, mabye under a heat lamp for too long. I'd eat here again if someone else really wanted it, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Even the manager of This Crew went out of their way to make me hot fresh apple pies they are always Beyond nice and caring I recommend this place to anyoneParking: They had a huge parking lot and plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: I have a 5-year-old and they have always been extra sweet to her from what I've seen they are very good with kids not just mine not sure what the little girl's name is that runs to drive through after 3:00 p.m. but she is an absolute darling
I asked for a loaded omelet biscuit and got a burnt loaded on the biscuit with no cheese and customer service was awful. I have tried to cater to this particular Hardy's but the service and the products are just Awful!

I get that 10:45 AM is a little early for lunch, but that's also very late to be wanting breakfast. I think 10:30 would be a reasonable time to have lunch available. Really even 10 AM because the other fast food places like McDonald's start serving lunch at 10. Matching your competitor's standards and services is Business 101.

I love me some Hardee's biscuits and burgers, but these folks here are so packing in customer service, it's a shame. No thank yous or have a great day, nothing.... just shoved the food out the window and turns around without a word.

While door dashing I had an order to pick up at this location. I witnessed some of the worst customer service ever. 3 employees sitting in the lobby doing absolutely nothing. Not one even got up to come help me at the counter. I talked to the only employee that helped and he stated that he was called in from another store. The amount of laziness is insane.

The sausage biscuit was delicious! The food was prepared ahead and the workers had a great assembly time. Cashier handled business quickly and efficiently. She even helped me save a dollar and got the two for five!
