May 19th, disappointment that chicken soup was watered down with a bad taste. Generally, it was the best. Off day I suppose. Hope to revisit it after time. Is there a reason for the slow service with drive-thru? Even one cup of coffee?Dietary restrictions: Non-Dairy Creamer was not available but almond milk. Also chicken soup was watered down with bad taste from other sites. $$ disappointed since it was a long wait.

If I could only pick one food chain to patronize the rest of my life, it would be Panera. Love their seasonal soup choices and salads. It is always cozy and the staff is great.Parking: This is a small, tight parking lot so I usually just park over in the rows near the Belks.
