A little breakfast oasis near the Wilmington airport. There's another one inside the airport but this one seems better. I have had the breakfast biscuit twice. Literally the flakiest biscuit ever. Delicious. Perfectly cooked eggs and delicious sausage. I lingered for a refill on the coffee and chatted with the amazing staff

Came here for lunch one day a couple months ago. My boyfriend and I had been looking for a new deli to try in Wilmington. Reviewing delis in Wilmington is very hard I feel because once I do, the restraunt shuts down. I mean all of our favorite sandwhich shops are gone such as chops and detour deli. My husband and I were heading home today from our vacation and wanted to grab a bite to eat before hitting a long stretch of highway. I quickly googled and Scratch On 23rd came up.WOW!!! What a hidden gem!! Very friendly employee working at the register. Hands down one of the best Caprese sandwiches I’ve ever had. The ingredients were so fresh and absolutely amazing.
