The fries are usually hot and crispy. The cajun biscuit I recieved on 10/24/21 was a bit salty. Some of the staff seem to care while the rest don't. Had a nice experience with the cashier. Our food was ready in less than 10 mins. We were missing a sauce and ketchup. They don't acknowledge you when you ask politely for the condiments. We said thanks when we received them but no words from the employee. They just move on. It's no big deal, you can't expect all fast food employees...read full review
The staff was kind and quick. I didn't want to wait for the drive thru so I went in to get take out and it was quick and easy and the customers inside sitting eating seemed relaxed and enjoying themselves. Nice place.

On this particular day, there was no line inside. My order was taken as soon as I got to the register. The employees took care to make sure my meal was prepared correctly and had everything I might need. I was in and out faster than if I had waited in the drive thru like I normally would have. The three cars waiting to order made me go inside.
