Definitely short staffed. Place was full and only a couple servers. Poor host was running around like crazy trying to seat customers and bus tables. Sat at the bar. 5 or 6 tvs in the bar- only 1 worked. Another customer at the bar said it had been like that for a few weeks. Bar tender only talked to me, and not my husband…and it took awhile to be acknowledged at all. Margarita was not good- but not worth mentioning.
I really love Chili's. The food is always great and the service is good. The only reason I did not give five stars for the atmosphere is because we sat next to a loud group of people who were FaceTiming other people and practically yelling into their phone the entire time.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to maneuver a wheelchair pretty much anywhere inside or outside the restaurant.

I got a trio plate with chicken, shrimp, rice, sautéed onions, and peppers double rice, because I don’t eat beans there was no seasoning on my chicken. The other two people that I can’t wait to head cold, mashed potatoes. They also brought an open orange juice to our table to serve to a little kid. The atmosphere was good.
