Boneless spare ribs dry almost like a dry rub dyed red. Coagulation of sweet & sour sauce separated from water after overnight in fridge. Sweet and sour chicken usual & egg rolls typical.
We went there because our favorite place is closed on Tuesday. The egg drop soup was delicious and the rest was okay. Their crispy noodles are not homemade and don't taste as good as homemade ones from our favorite place.

I've tried their general tso's, orange, and honey chicken. They are always great and a safe choice to eat. I tried their Singapore Mei Fun dish which features chicken, shrimp and pork. It does have a strong taste of curry powder. It's definitely a classic dish but have never tried it until now.
