Went in at 4:30 on a Saturday to eat. Walked in no one was around saw the light in back were the kitchen is be turned off. My boyfriend called for someone 4 times stayed 15 minutes no one ever came up so we left and ate elsewhere. Never in my life have I walked in a place of business like that before.
Worst location I've been to so far. Most employees are unfriendy, unhelpful and unsanitary. Their sanitation rating says it all. I've had hair in my food because they dont wear hairnets for some reason. This is the 2nd time I've ordered online and they have been closed. 1st time they wouldn't even give me a refund because apparently they didn't get my money. Went in for a chicken bacon ranch sub. Everything was good except the oven must of not been working because I watched the person put inside over and when I bit into it my chicken,bacon and cheese were cold. The manager did offer a new sub or money back but I said no because I could tell those employees were trying their best to make a great sub plus I was on short lunch break.
