**Editing review due to situation with UberEats tonight**Ordered through UberEats and needed to talk to the store to ask for oil and vinegar on the side, as the UberEats app doesn't have a spot to request things like that (that I could find). I was a little frustrated when I tried to call the store, only to be met with a message that they do not accept orders over the phone, followed by the beep of a full voice-mail. Just purchased a giant chipotle chicken with extra pepper and lettuce and tomato. Was not on my sandwich which means that I need to start unwrapping my y sub to check that is what I ordered before I leave the

This expierence, at the University store, that I've been going to for over 13 years, was bad. I did not feel comfortable, along with the customer behind me. My order was not prepared with care, to say the least... but overall, in my experience with jersey mikes today was by far the worst I have ever had.
