“After banning Jimmy Johns at Hans Mall I decided on giving this location a try. I have been here a few times and they serve way better sandwiches. Tylisha was the employee who made my sandwich and I just had to go offer my compliments to her. I told her she needed to go to the Hans Mall Jimmy Johns location and teach them how to make a sandwich. Next time I dine at Jimmy John's I hope and pray Tylisha is working.“
“Edit: The GM got in touch with us, he was able to get our order fixed for us and we went today to pick it up. The manager was amazing and so was the guy who prepared our sandwiches today. He prepared them perfectly and was super nice. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Jonestown jimmy johns for being the best around.Went there yesterday and order 3 #9 giants was so excited because we love jimmy johns till we arrived home and noticed that all 3 of our subs were extremely oily and sloppy. The top buns were all broken apart from the bottom buns. We have never received such slop from the Jonestown location until now. Our kids and us couldn’t even eat our subs. I am overly disappointed in jimmy johns and will not be choosing them to cater my sons birthday party. Total waste of $50+. I wish I got the guys name that made our subs but unfortunately I did not. We went on August 16th 2023 around 7pm.“
“Was in town for Wrestlecade 2023 recently and decided to try Jimmy's John's for the first time. Got some sorta chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was fantastic! Would love to have another right now. I wished I would have taken pictures and remembered exactly what it's called but I didn't expect it to be so great! I'll definitely be looking for a Jimmy Johns next time I leave town! I don't have them in my area.“
“Delicious.I got the ham and cheese sub. It was delicious. Grandson got an Italian with 4 types of meat. I plan to get that one next time it looked so good. Friendly staff. Not too busy when we arrived but got busy soon after but staff moved it along very well.“
“While traveling we decided to try something different so we opted for Jimmy John's. The sandwiches we ordered were super delicious! The associate working the front was very helpful in helping us order our meal also. I highly recommend this location for your next meal!“
