My wife came to this place with her friends a few times and said that she had been wanting to take me here since she liked it so much. She persuaded me to come here on a Friday morning for breakfast. First off the mimosa's are definitely worth getting the craft, they make their mimosa's right with a full bottle of champagne and then the mixers. Their take on the Cuban is different, while the meat was great, they put way too much grain mustard on it and without Cuban bread to absorb the extra moisture the Texas toast just got soggy and fell apart. Had a great experience at Young Cardinal. Staff was attentive to our needs, food was delicious, there was no wait on a Wednesday morning around 10am. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you are in the area looking for a breakfast place that makes delicious food from scratch.
