I have been here a total of 3 times.The first time I came, the food was so delicious that I had to come back again.Unfortunately there were new cooks and the food was not good.Janice waited on us and is just the most delightful person I have ever met in my life.I decided to come back ONE more time,just because Janice was so wonderful.Luckily she was still there and waited on us and when I tell you she is the epitome of customer service I am not exaggerating. The food was disappointing as they only had 3 cheeseburgers and I needed 5 and the wait time would have been 45 minutes.Then when we received our cheeseburgers they were burnt to a crisp and tasted like charcoal.The guy at the front was very professional and made it up to us with a replacement. “What started out on a lower note ended on a high note! This was our first visit to this establishment, there was no wait for a table and we were promptly seated at the very first table by the door near the hostess station, as we were looking over our menus I noticed that 3 other families, came in... were also promptly seated then attended to by a server. After 13 minutes of sitting at our table with our menus and no service, I tried flagging down someone to please help us, I managed to finally get one young woman to look at me as I waved and motioned to her to please come over, 7 minutes later we had our server Kyle come to our table (20 minute wait total) I understand when you are super busy and short staffed these type of things happen, the restaurant wasn't busy, several empty tables inside and out and 3 other parties were seated and served after us. I will say Kyle was apologetic for our wait and he was a very good server as well. By the time we received our beverages and got ready to order my partner was just frustrated and wanted to leave, I'm glad I talked him into staying because the food was very good! I had the Bistro Burger and Fries, and my partner ordered the Western BBQ Burger with house chips. I thought my burger and fried were delicious, very fresh and cooked perfectly, he enjoyed his Western Burger, but the house chips were just clumped together in a ball rather than single chips which made them difficult to enjoy. Kyle kept a check on our table the rest of our visit which I appreciated so I tipped him well. I am going to give this place another try, the food was very good and fresh, i think there just needs to be more communication with the wait staff/hostess. Everyone has an \\\"off\\\" day now and then, so I'll definitely go back for another visit in the future. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were well stocked as well.“

“Great stop off for a quick lunch with friendly ladies at the counter to chat with. Went with their hot dog "all the way" & it was the classic diner chili dog I hoped it would be. Also tried their cheesesteak & fries based on their recommendation. Crinkle cut fries were cooked fresh to order & seasoned well. We love the guenuiss ribs. Bands and other entertainment throughout the week. This became our 'go to' place for some fun and doubles as a sneak inn date night when we cant get a sitter and kids tag along. Its the perfect balance between restaurant and bar so you dont have to feel like you have your kids at the bar. Other kids often there and playing together. Super great place.
