This place is hit and miss. I have been here with no issues, and I have been here when it has been terrible. I don't know if it is a staffing issue, either not enough staff, or poor just management. They have very poor communication with customers. When there is an issue let the customer know don't ignore them. I know it will be awhile until I give them another chance if at all. I will go to the south Buffalo Wild Wings if I want to go.

This review is for the online service. I googled the south location instead of this one. Put in an order on buffalo wild wings website for the south location because my wife just had a baby and I needed to stay close to the hospital. Somehow it got submitted to this store instead of the south one. I called and explained the situation to someone at this location when I realized what happened. Their response was, "well the food is already made, there's nothing we can do." And maybe that is their policy but I will say I'll never use their "online order" service again or eat at this location again.

My son ordered food for 4 of us. Total from door dash was $139. My son and I ordered the cheese curd smash burger. I ordered no pickles because they lock my jaw up; and I ordered cheddar cheese. My son ordered his with pepper jack. Both of out had American cheese, pickles and no Chipotle BBQ sauce and barely any mayo. Our fries were disgusting. My daughter ordered 15 traditional mild wings and got 10 traditional mild wings. My other son ordered onion wings and it was mainly dough/crust. His brisket burger was dry.The chicken street tacos and brisket tacos were good. The chips and salsa were ok. I am just very disappointed because he spent all this money for us and the food was thrown in the garbage. A waste!!! Also, we ordered from the South Bismarck BBW and it was sent to the North Bismarck BBW.

This location has the best staff and the service is great. I’m a multi-city/state customer and the food is consistently good.We refuse to frequent the location in Minot any longer as it’s dark, depressing and the staff can’t ever be bothered to help you.Parking: There is quite a bit of free parking surrounding the building.Kid-friendliness: There are always groups with kids and the place just works. It doesn’t feel too adult nor like a Chuck E CheeseWheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of accessible parking and space inside.

Service was good, food good and fresh as well. Got charged $3.00 for 2 blue cheese dipping sauces which should have been included in the buffalo wing meal. Lacking on fries with burger meals also. Soda tasted watered out and costed $3.75 each. Prices are high.
