As someone who has celiacs disease i was so excited to find a sandwich place that offered a gluten free option, but was quickly disappointed. The bread tasted like it had been stored in the back of the freezer for months, brittle and dry.

Sweetest man I’ve ever met! Very good food and what must have been the owner told us all about the sandwiches. He mentioned how good a grilled cheese is with Muenster cheese and cheddar. We showed our excited and ordered our sandwiches. After we ate these delicious sandwiches I went up to get a scotcheru. He greeted me with a grilled cheese sandwich he made for us to try and free scoreru! Let’s just say if I’m ever rolling through Bismarck ND again I’ll be back!
