i love this place. they do get busy, and a server called out, so there was only one person taking orders and running food. But the food is worth waiting, and service is great and doesn't feel rushed.we took our three year old and he talked to everyone within chatting distance. staff was very kind and patient.i do wish their menu had pictures of each pizza with the description. They're beautiful and super tasty - the shroom is my regular order here, and the goddess salad is both fresh and delicious.

Wish I knew how the pizza was. Stopped by on a road trip, put in my order and waited about 30 minutes and was told my order was misplaced and they needed to start it then. If you have the time to wait around this place could be worth it.

Absolutely loved this place. Stopped by for lunch bc I needed a coffee. Got a vanilla latte which was delicious. Ordered a pizza for lunch and it was phenomenal. I don't even like pizza that much but their white pizza, the uptown, is amazing. Perfect crust ??. I got the uptown and my lunch partner got a half Mushroom, half pepperoni and said they were both perfect.

I only ever end up in Bismarck for work but every time I do, I make it a point to visit here. What a pleasant surprise to find a gem like this place out here. The pizzas are made-to-order in a stone oven, giving them a very nice char, and topped with fresh, simple, and high quality ingredients. Oh, and they're delicious. The staff are all very friendly and the service is quick. The shop is cozy and well-kept. Leaves nothing else to be desired.

The flavor of the crust is good but that's where the positives end unfortunately. Not worth the price when there are barely any ingredients on the pizza (barely any chicken on the Marco and no goat cheese on the Uptown). Pretty disappointed. We also had it delivered to our hotel, which is not that far away, and it arrived cold, not even lukewarm. Was expecting much better from all the positive reviews!

We were there at about 3:30pm on a Saturday. Thought it was an ideal time just to swing in grab a quick bite to eat and enjoy a different restaurant than our normal places. When we got there, we got seated immediately and provided water. After a few minutes of perusing the menu, our waitress came and collected our order, which was a goddess salad and their spicy red pizza. For beverages i ordered a hot tea and my dining companion ordered a beer. The waitress brought the beer to the table immediately (even though my fellow diner had specifically said she wanted to have it with the pizza) and then brought the hot tea in a gigantic ceramic mug with just the mug, water and tea bag. The water was so hot I could not touch the mug for the first five minutes… apparently it being a coffee House they don’t realize there’s an ideal temperature to steep various teas… Finally, I decided the tea had steeped enough and went to take the bag out of the cup, but had nowhere to put it because they hadn’t brought me a plate or any napkins. We were finally able to flag the waitress down and she brought us a small plate and a spoon and a couple packages of sugar. Then the salad arrived. Pretty sure none of the greens had been washed and the goddess dressing was completely tasteless. At least the tomatoes were good and not mealy. We picked at the salad for the next 20 or so minutes waiting for our pizza. They have an open kitchen and I could clearly see the kitchen staff eating with no movement to work on our pizza. Now this is a Neapolitan pizza place so we know it’s a quick cook in the oven…however when the pizza was delivered to our table we were disappointed to see the dough was so undercooked we thought at first it was melted Parmesan cheese underneath the sauce. Regardless, we decided to try how it was. the particular meat on the spicy pizza… I forget the name of it started with S…was very tasty. It almost tasted like a mixture of pepperoni and Canadian bacon. the thinly sliced red onions were few and far between and essentially raw. the small bits of basil were barely noticeable. overall we both felt like the pizza had a very “artificial” taste. The sauce tasted like it had garlic salt in it and the Parmesan cheese looked like the powdered cheese that you get in the green cans. Our waitress checked on us exactly once throughout this whole process. When the final bill came it was $38 … we tipped $2.50 to correlate with the star rating we would’ve given them. Very disappointing… would not recommend.
Pizza is great, perfect flavor and crust. Good ingredients. We don’t order from here very often because of the price. The pizzas only come in one size and are very small; it takes 4 of them to feed a family of 6. Which comes to about $80 after tax and delivery. Definitely worth a try though.

I just walked in for a quick coffee downtown and was so impressed with the incredibly kind staff. They have a phenomenal full bodied espresso without being too bitter and they got the perfect amount of foam for my cappuccino—I will definitely be coming here next time I’m in town for lunch!
