Sadly this Hardee's is a disgrace. Getting off work I stopped here to go through the drive-through for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger with a side of large fries and a med coke. I was hungry after working a double shift so I didn't think nothing much of it at the time when I drove up to the drive-through window to pay and collect my food. And to my surprise the food was free! I wanted to pay but they said that wasn't necessary so thanked them and left with the free food!In sitting in my car in the parking lot I realized, I was the only one there except for the 2 cars parked on the side of the lot. Only two Hardee's employees were there.The fries were barely warm and the burger was just okay but worth eating. Two hours later my girlfriend rushed me down to the ER for food poisoning! WON'T BE BACK ~ BEWARE ~

Ordered food online thinking it would be faster just to drive through and have the food ready. It wasn't. Our fries were cold. Boo. The wait was 15 minutes from the time I ordered it for pick up. One of the items on the order wasn't right. Food was good over all minus the cold fries. I understand being busy, but I also ordered almost an hour ahead of time for pickup.
I love Hardee's breakfast!!!! No fast food breakfast is better. Disagree? Fight me. ?

Generally speaking, I LOVE Hardee's (or Carl's Jr. if you're in the west) because the food has always been really great, as well as since I had to go gluten-free the fact that they have a "low carb" option where they wrap the burger and all the toppings in practically a lettuce bun is fantastic and I love it! I was a little disappointed this time that they didn't wrap my burger with lettuce, they must have missed that part when we were placing our order, and the fries were not as crispy as I'm used to; they were also a little cold. But overall the sandwich still tasted great, it was just more messy to eat this time; especially since we were on a long drive.Dietary restrictions: I love that you can get a "low carb" option for the burgers, which is essentially lettuce wrapping the burger to replace the bun. Since I'm gluten intolerant and can't eat the bun, this has made eating burgers SO much easier! I honestly wish that more burger places did this!

Did not receive full order. Were charged for full order. Attempted to call but phone just rang and rang. Then attempted to call another store to see if store we ordered from had a mystery number but phone just rang on there too. Now have to drive to store and anticipate a battle to get a refund. 1st. Attempt ordering from them and last. Would have given zero stars if it was an option
